This policy explains what personal data this website collects, why, and what you can do about it. Neural LB is the data controller.

What is collected
Nothing, unless you use the chat widget. This site has no contact form, no newsletter sign-up, no account system and no analytics. Writing to the email address shown here is ordinary email — it arrives in an inbox, and that is all.
Why, and on what legal basis
Messages typed into the chat widget are sent to an AI provider so it can generate an answer; the legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — the legitimate interest in answering questions from prospective clients. If you email instead, the basis is Article 6(1)(b) — steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
Who else sees it
The site is hosted by Vercel, which logs requests (including IP addresses) for security and operations. If you use the chat widget, your messages are sent to OpenAI to generate a reply — do not put confidential information into the chat widget. Email you send arrives in a Google Workspace / Gmail inbox. These providers process the data only to deliver their service.
How long it is kept
Chat conversations are not stored by Neural LB — they live in your browser tab and are gone when you close it. Email that does not lead to a project is deleted within 12 months; where a project follows, correspondence is retained for as long as Croatian accounting and tax law requires.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies and runs no third-party trackers. A single technical cookie may be used to remember your language choice. Nothing here profiles you.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Email the address above and it will be actioned within 30 days. You may also complain to the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), Selska cesta 136, 10000 Zagreb.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
